Risk should apply to collectables as well. There is always a risk of some more being found/released, so invest at your own risk . Nothing in eve should be risk free.

I use a deadspace X-Large Gisti B Type and three deadspace rat specific hardners with 3x Republic Fleet Gyros and an a faction AB with AC 800 IIs. Sometimes I fit a Lg Cap Booster. It has served me pretty well in Minnie space missions.

The problem isn't someone going AFK while cloaked, its the free intel channel called "Local" that is the true issue. People fear the unknown. In this case the unknown is the question if that cloaked person is really AFK or not. The real question...

I know how we can fix the afk cloaky perception problem... Make it so you don't show up in local when cloaked, and only show up once you've been uncloaked for 5+ minutes.
